Our Team

Christopher Hutter has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, private investments, and real estate with a focus on investment analysis, strategic oversight, and corporate governance.  Mr. Hutter is currently a Managing Partner of Falcon Private Investments, L.P. and Managing Director of InSite Real Estate, LLC, both private investment firms based in Oak Brook, IL.  In these roles, Mr. Hutter is responsible for the firm’s investment strategy and asset allocation, with a focus on value investing throughout North America.  Mr. Hutter is also a member of the Board of Directors of Ascent Industries Co. (NASDAQ: ACNT), a role he has held since 2020.  Previously, Mr. Hutter served as CEO of Ascent Industries Co. where he initiated the strategic shift to a pure play specialty chemical company.  Mr. Hutter serves on the Project Governance Team of InSite Real Estate, L.L.C. and brings significant experience in financial oversight, regulatory matters and strategic planning.  Mr. Hutter holds a MBA in Finance from Lewis University and a B.S. cum laude in Finance from University of Illinois.

Joe serves as a member of the investment team responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and reporting on the firm’s investments. Joe’s experience in capital markets and operations allows the firm to quickly act on new investment opportunities. Joe graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Economics.

Gerry is one of the Founding partners of the firm and has held numerous board positions in over four decades of investing across North America and Europe. As Founder and CEO of one of North America’s largest privately held real estate developers in the US, his experience helps shape the firm’s investment strategy and implementation. Gerry graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana- Champaign with a degree in Marketing.
